Setting up your store
The first things to configure after you sign up.
After your store is created, work through these in order — each one unblocks the next.
1. Store profile
Settings → Store profile holds your store name, address and contact details. These appear on invoices and in customer email.
2. Payments
Settings → Payments is where you connect a gateway. Until one is enabled, checkout cannot take money.
3. Shipping
Settings → Shipping needs an origin address and at least one zone with a rate, or shoppers will see no delivery options.
4. Tax
Settings → Tax carries your tax classes, zones and rates, and whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax.
5. Your first product
Products → Add. A product needs a name, a price and stock before it can be bought.
